Well Presented, Very Good Condition, x4 Chokes, Good grain and colour.
The barrels are ventilated and have a 10mm wide ventilated rib. The blacking is unblemished, save for some very minor loss hidden by the fore-end. There is a front mounted white sight. The engraving shows a game scene and hunting dog (Spaniel ?) on the left side with rising game birds on the right. The engraving is in good and unmarked condition. The stock and fore-end are in remarkably good condition and are essentially blemish free. The barrels lock firmly to the action with no discernible play. There is a yellow metal trigger. The barrel selector switch is firm and the safety is not applied on cocking. There is some wear present to the absorber style butt pad on the top edge which would benefit from some dressing back or replacement and the price has been adjusted to reflect this.
